Day One
Day one will emphasizes hands-on training with minimal time spent in the class room. After a brief introduction, students rotate through 4 practical work stations performing all necessary tasks on vehicles that are positioned upright, on their side, and roof. Students are introduced and led through modern extrication practices using hydraulic and non-hydraulic rescue tools.

Day Two
Students will learn how to utilize air-lifting bags, hydraulic rescue tools, and mechanical jacks in order to lift vehicles to free entrapped patients. Vehicles lifting techniques will be addressed for upright, side and roof-resting vehicles. Time and resources permitting, students finish the day putting it all together working simulated accident scenarios.
